We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een medewerker klantenservice die de verkoopteams in heel Nederland zal ondersteunen. Je helpt mee bij alle operationele en administratieve taken die verband houden met projecten en klanten. Responsibilities Beheer klantorders van aanvraag tot levering en zorg voor een nauwkeurige afhandeling en proactieve communicatie met de klant. Bied uitstekende klantenservice door middel van tijdige updates, het oplossen van vragen en het onderhouden van relaties met nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Coördineer met logistiek, magazijnen en interne teams om een soepele levering en projectuitvoering te waarborgen. Bied technische, product- en verlichtingsondersteuning aan klanten en accountmanagers. Stel offertes op om te voldoen aan de eisen van klanten en projecten. Interpreteer bouwspecificaties en aanbestedingsdocumenten ter ondersteuning van projectkansen en succesvolle inschrijvingen. Beheer klantcases, retourzendingen, kwaliteitsproblemen en claims, en zorg voor effectieve en tijdige oplossingen. Houd nauwkeurige CRM-gegevens, projectinformatie en follow-upactiviteiten bij. Bied efficiënte administratieve ondersteuning en zorg voor nauwkeurige documentatie en gegevensbeheer. Draag bij aan procesverbeteringen die de klantervaring en operationele efficiëntie verbeteren. Skills & Experience Academisch werk- en denkniveau met een (technische) achtergrond (Elektro/architectuur). Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in mondeling en schriftelijk Nederlands/Engels. Ervaring met Sales Force is een pluspunt. Ervaring SAP is een pluspunt. Commercieel gedreven zijn. Bereidheid om zich verder te ontwikkelen. Actieve instelling. Klinkt dit als iets voor jou?
