Maximilian Forstner, Head of Global Reward & HR Systems Responsibilities Support and contribute to Compensation & Benefits projects , including the global rollout of SAP SuccessFactors, design of incentive systems, global training and communication for C&B topics and organizational design/grading exercises Manage key global compensation processes : annual merit round, short- and long-term incentive cycles, and salary benchmarking activities Perform HR and C&B data analysis to generate insights and develop HR KPIs and structural metrics Research and prepare deep dives and analyses, including presentations and communication materials Collaborate with the global HR team and other departments to ensure consistency and alignment of C&B practices across the organization Skills & Experience A degree in Human Resources or a related analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Business, Psychology, Political Science, Mathematics) 3–5 years of experience in HR , ideally with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, or Reporting Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and SAP or a comparable HRIS A passion for data and the ability to translate figures into actionable insights Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — you collaborate effectively with global colleagues and internal customers What we offer A truly international team - work with colleagues from different countries and cultures Hybrid & flexible work - flexible working schedule and possibility of working from home Employee well-being and family support program s – private health insurance and various initiatives Personal growth - training opportunities accessible internally and externally A company that values innovation - work in a forward-thinking environment where AI, social media, and digital trends shape our work What matters to us We understand not only the power of the visible, but also the invisible.
