Responsibilities
Develop and execute a robust turnaround and growth strategy to boost profitability and market share across Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Drive commercial performance and take full P&L responsibility for designated regions, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth. Lead, motivate, and develop a regional sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to position Zumtobel Group as a trusted advisor and preferred partner. Optimize pricing, product positioning, and channel strategies to improve competitiveness and meet local market demands. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and customer service to align commercial efforts and achieve business goals. Drive operational excellence through disciplined sales processes, CRM usage, and data-driven decision-making.
Skills & Experience
We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the requirements. Your motivation and potential matter more than perfection. You have 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing international and remote teams. You have 10+ years in B2B sales, marketing, or business development, ideally within lighting or related industries. You have proven success in change management, business transformation, and organizational development, ideally within lighting, construction, building services, or electrical sectors. You have strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and managing P&L responsibilities. You have ability to inspire, develop, and align teams across cultures and regions. You have a high level of computer skills (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce) and excellent communication skills in Polish and English; proficiency in additional language will be considered as a plus. You have analytical mindset with an ability to anticipate market trends and customer needs and hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style with a “walk the talk” mentality.
